If you have ever been to Silvaplana, in Oberengadin, you know it's a very windy area, famous for the great quantity of kyte-surfers that goes in every directions, in a wondeful explosion of colours.
You can not get to the cache from the main road, just go down to the bycicle way choosing one of the two access waypoints. Please note that MAX STEALTH is required (that's why the D=2,5).
