The idea of this challenge is to get you caching in different places and at different heights. Heyburn sits around 4154' and with both Twin Falls and the Albion mountains nearby, you have three elevation bands available.
In case you're super ambitious, GC2BX63 is the highest elevation geocache at 29032' and is an earth cache. The highest physical geocache is GC45E08 at 22730'.
