Part of a new series along the shore, some are harder to get to than others and some require long walks along the rocks to avoid private property. You can get these all on one rock walk or use some of the parking spots provided.
This one should be a fairly quick one to find. It is in a specimen tube in a spot that may or may not be winter friendly depending on the amount of snow. Make sure to replace as found and bring your own writing device.
