This Cache has been placed for the benefit of a local friend who has asked many questions about geocaching and would like to care for this cache. He can see it from his window and would like to help maintain it for us when we are not in the Lake District. we travel frequently to this area so are able to maintain this easily.
There are plenty of local walks nearby and the village is also served by a bus route.
