Althought these toilets are on the DCC list of public toilets and are open from 8am to 9:30pm (wignter hours are shorter) they have no signage and it wasn't until a frien told me to go around the back of the building that I found them. They don't even have a PT number displayed.
The given coordinates will bring you to the front of the building. Look to the right and you will see a concrete path in the gap between the large hedge and the building. Go down there and before the corner you will seean a mesh gate. Looking in you will see on the far wall a liquid hand sanisiter. Step inside and to the left of this is a red wooden door with the gap at the top and bottom that is typical of many public loo cubicles. Inside is the typical white cermanic loo with the white plastic seat and the white plastic cistern above. The loo paper holder is to the seated users left. It holds two of the large rolls of loo paper. The floor is concrete and the walls are concrete blocks. A skylight provides light. Now go around the back and you will see another mesh door. Stepping inside you will see to yourself a urinal that can hold two users at once. Beyond is the cubicle which has a similar layout to the other. As I mentioned earlier there is not signage indicating the existance of these public facilities, or any restriction on what gender can use them.
