Container size, camoflage, weather proofing, water proofing, gadget caches, good hiding spots, not-so-good hiding spots, D/T ratings etc. What makes a good container? What makes a good cache? How to camo a cache with tape or spraypaint so it lasts. Some of the rules for hiding a cache. How to waterproof a logbook. How to attach a container to concrete or metal. The choice of any or all of these and more makes the huge difference to the enjoyment of a find. The intent is to try to share some of the tricks I've used, or have seen used. This is aimed at newer cachers but everyone is welcome. I'm hoping to learn some things as well. Share the wealth so to speak.
There will be prizes of some type for everyone and hopefully everybody takes home a little more than you came with.
The room has a maximum of 50 people due to fire regulations. I don't expect to attendance to be that high but if it is, don't worry. just stop by and say "Hello" and then I will know you have Attended. There is a non-geocaching event nearby on the same day and the parking lot will be used for overflow. Hope to see you there.
