Come and celebrate a personal geocaching milestone: 200 CITOs completed! That’s 200 times of giving back to the environment, picking up litter, and making the caching world a little cleaner — and what better place to celebrate than Wimbledon Common, the legendary home of the Wombles!
This is a Celebration Event, not a CITO — so leave the gloves at home (unless they’re Womble-themed). Instead, let’s gather together to share stories, swap trackables, enjoy the Common, and raise a toast (or a tea) to geocaching milestones.
There’s no agenda other than community, conversation, and celebration. Well, maybe a few laughs about soggy logs and that one time someone DNF’d a lamppost.
Wearing something in tribute to The Wombles is highly encouraged — ears, hats, scarves, or even a full Orinoco getup if you’re brave. We’ll take a group photo to honour the litter-picking legends who inspired generations.
Because 200 CITOs is no small feat. It’s a testament to how powerful the geocaching community can be when it comes to protecting and respecting the spaces we play in. This is a chance to say thanks, reflect on some muddy memories, and look ahead to the next 200!
