Sveicieni visiem Latvijas un ārvalstu slēpņotājiem!
Atrodoties Latvijā apmēram nedēļu, plānoju apmeklēt vairākas vietas un pasākumus, tostarp arī Kvartāla Ballīti Vecrīgā. Šis pasākums tiks rīkots Jelgavas centrā, Hercoga Jēkaba laukumā.
Esmu Anglijā dzīvojošs latvietis, kurš iespēju robežās cenšas apmeklēt Latviju un tikties ar vietējiem un ceļojošiem slēpņotājiem. Šis būs mans trešais rīkotais pasākums Latvijā. Pirmais notika pirms gada - Vecrīgā un otrais notika Jelgavā. Diemžēl laika apstākļu dēļ Jelgavas pasākumā daudzus nevarēju satikt klātienē, tāpēc atkārtoti rīkoju pasākumu Jelgavas pilsētas centrā.

Pasākuma laikā būs iespēja apskatīt arī manus ceļotājus (Trackables), un, protams, galvenais - satikties, dalīties stāstos un baudīt kopā būšanu.
Laipni aicināti visi interesenti! Pasākums piemērots arī ģimenēm ar bērniem (bērniem jābūt pieaugušo pavadībā), kā arī pieejams cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem.

This Event is part of a limited release of Community Celebration Events to celebrate 25 years of geocaching.
Geocachers hosted events between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
I'll be in Latvia for about one week, exploring various places and attending other events - especially the Block Party in the Old Riga. I'm hosting in the heart of Jelgava, at Duke Jacob's Square.
I'm a Latvian living in the UK, and whenever possible, I love visiting Latvia and connecting with local and traveling geocachers. This will be the third event I'm organizing in Latvia. The first one took place a year ago in Old Riga, and the second one was held in Jelgava. Unfortunately, due to bad weather in UK, I wasn't able to meet many participants in person at the Jelgava event, so I'm organizing another one - this time in the center of Jelgava city.

At this event, I'll be showcasing some of my trackables, but most importantly, it's a chance to meet, chat, and enjoy some geocaching community spirit together.
Everyone is welcome! Families with children are invited too, (kids must be accompanied by adults), and the location is accessible for disabled people.

👉🏻 Where? Jelgava, on the edge of Hercoga Jēkaba laukums (Duke Jacob Square) (near the indicated coordinates).
👉🏻 For whom? This event is for YOU! Whether you’re a tourist or a local cacher, everyone is welcome.
👉🏻 Why? To meet, chat, exchange travel items, discover new caches, and simply enjoy each other’s company.
