I used to know a lady in Huapai called Elvira ....But I don't know the Elvira this walkway was named after.
You can approach from Luanda Drive or Edwin Freeman Place . You can also park on those streets .
Otherwise walk, bike, scooter or else Bus ! Three different buses serve this area ! 147 148 149
