Chelwood is a small village and civil parish in Somerset and is in the Bath & NE Somerset council area, about 8 miles (13 km) from Bristol and Bath. The first mention of Chelwood dates from 925 when Robert le Bok, a native of Chelwood, was tried and acquitted of attempting to burn down the house of John de Kylkenny.
The village pump is on the side of the road, the busy A368, so please take extreme care, especially if you have children. I would suggest parking in the Village Hall carpark just over the road. The cache is a small plastic box. Please return to its hiding hole with care.
