I've had a few request to hide caches like this. Quick park & grab . No need to leave the sidewalk. The cache is not near the fence and/or in the bushes or near the gate to the residence. Busy area with people walking with & without dogs.
Bring a pen, watch for wildlife & be nice to the enviroment
