Geocache Description:


牛洞隧道，位處南投縣埔里鎮與魚池鄉東光村的交界處，是一條建於日治時期的隧道，原本是連接埔里與車埕的鐵路隧道。這條隧道後來被水頭隧道取代，但仍然保存完好。臥龍隧道也被稱為姑婆芋隧道，周圍環境優美，適合徒步旅行和歷史探索。擁有「小中橫」的美譽。
