Pardes Hana-Karkur sits on Route 65 that connects the coastal plain with the Jezreel Valley and the Galilee. The entrance to the settlement from this road is from three junctions: the Alon junction, from which it exits northeast to the settlement via Pika (Route 650); the Hana junction, from which it exits northwards via Handiv (Route 652), which continues north to Binyamina and Zichron Ya'akov; and the Karkur junction, From it, the northwest road exits through Iron.
