You can park out of the way in the little turn-around.
Take some time to go for a hike, bike ride or just have a leisurely visit in the Nature Center by the entrance. The Akokisa village and Settlers village is very interesting and entertaining. You can kayak, canoe, bird watch, kiddos can enjoy the playground and folks can picnic too.
