The Stone of Sovereignty Cache
Whosoever lifts this stone, if they be worthy, shall become the ruler of all Acton! 
(FYI, the Stone is a bit uphill from the cache coords)
The instant you prove worthy, all things within the borders of the town become yours to do with whatever you wish. Moreover, a mystical force compels all residents to kneel before you as obedient subjects. Your power is absolute, none dare defy you!
At least attempt to do some good before you inevitably descend into debauchery and despotism.
If you are too weak and unworthy to lift the Stone, it will a least help you find this cache. First, estimate the length of the Stone. Do you hear the sound of vehicles traveling at high speed? That’s Route 2 and your direction of search. Focus on the section of stone wall that is roughly 8 Stone lengths from the Stone of Sovereignty.

Please take note of the position of the cache container before retrieving it and be sure to return the container to it's original hiding location in order to maintain the intended level of concealment.
