כפר פינס נוסד על ידי ארגון א' של הפועל המזרחי ששהה במשך מספר שנים בפתח תקווה. בשנת 1933 הקצתה הקרן הקיימת לארגון אדמות ליד כרכור ועוד טרם העלייה על הקרקע הוחל בקדיחת באר במקום. ככלל אנשי היישובים בסביבה סבלו המתיישבים מקדחת. בתחילת 1936 עלו בדואים מהסביבה על אדמות של המושב וטענו לבעלות עליהן, אך קצין המחוז פסק לטובת הקרן הקיימת. בסוף מרץ 1936 הונחה אבן פינה לבית ספר ובית כנסת במושב.
Kfar Pines was founded by Organization A of Hapoel HaMizrachi who stayed for several years in Petah Tikva. In 1933, the existing fund allocated land near Karkur to the organization, and even before moving onto the land, a well was drilled in the place. As a general rule, the people of the surrounding settlements suffered from fever. At the beginning of 1936, Bedouins from the surrounding area invaded the lands of the moshav and claimed ownership of them, but the district officer ruled in favor of the existing fund. At the end of March 1936, a cornerstone was laid for a school and a synagogue in Moshav.
