This cemetery has good shade along with some beautiful mountain backdrops. There is lots of history here with several very significant families with ties to Jeff Davis county and Fort Davis buried within. Take some time to explore as several of the grave sites have a bench where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the peacefulness that is found here. Normally a light breeze can be enjoyed and even though you are on the east side of town,the sunsets can be amazing from this location.
Please remember you are in a cemetery and should always respect the area. Be cautious of where you walk, and NEVER park or drive off of the designated roads.
The cache will be as all bison hanging in an evergreen tree. It should be well hidden, but for the experienced caches, this will probably be a quick park and grad.
