Open daily 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Located at the entrance of Sportsman Lake Park, Cullman Veterans Memorial Park honors those of all branches of service who have given the ultimate sacri ce for our freedom. The Park is home to the Alabama Veterans Memorial Wall, listing the names of 1,209 Alabama soldiers killed between 1963 and 1975. In addition, the park includes monuments from World War I and II, Korean War, Vietnam War and
Operation Iraqi Freedom. ere is also an Army tank, helicopter and a large, one-of-a-kind cement waving ag. ere is a large pavilion
designed to seat 150 people for shade as well as use in Veterans Day events.
