This cache will bring you near the entrance of the lower area of Mylan Park to a large informational sign and some landscaping. The cache you are looking for might be tricky to find, but you don't need to move any rocks. Look in the corner closest to the door of the Mon. County building for a small brown lock-n-lock container.
