These toilets are located on the main street of Port Chalmes, just up the road from the shops. if you're coming from the city there is a regular bus service from the bus hub, a very good bike route that is off road for most of the way, or car parking just by the toilets. From here to waypoint 2 it is about an 80 metre gain in altitude so if your walking from here you might want to give yourself up to two hours including the time you spent here. If driving then you might want about an hour from arriving here.
From the footpath you will see, sheltered by the porch, two blue doors that give access to the two seperate units. This structure is of the wheelchair accessible Permaloo variety and the set up inside is similar to the others that I've described. According to agris.com they are available 24/7. Everytime I've been here they seem to get a reasonable amount of use. I've always found them clean, tidy and lacking any mal odour.
