DATE/TIME: Saturday, December 21 from 11:30AM until 3:00PM.
LOCATION: We are back at the WEST Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park. Plenty of parking nearby. The lodge is an enclosed, heated building that holds 75 people. Restrooms nearby. Fireplace. Sledding hill nearby.
PARK/PARTY RULES: NO pets, smoking, or alcohol in the lodge. NO glitter or confetti.
FOOD & DRINK: Please bring a dish to pass or beverages (no alcohol). Post what you’re bringing and I’ll keep a running list below. We will not be doing any grilling. Outlets available for crock pots (I'll provide power strips). There are both an oven/stove and a refrigerator available.
RAFFLES: Two raffles will be available…”pick-a-prize” style, where you get to enter your raffle tickets for prizes you hope to win, and a 50/30/20 raffle. If you’d like to donate one or more GEOCACHING-RELATED items for the pick-a-prize raffle, let Team Daisydog or myself know. Raffle drawing will start sometime between 1:00 and 1:30.
