*** It is a steep hill climb. There may be tall grasses (as tall as up to your knees) in the late Spring and Summer. Please follow waypoints for easier ascent to the top of the Landfill Hill. Thank you! ***
When I received permission to hide several caches along the Germany Brook Trail, I were referred to this spot for a great view of the area. As I was placing this cache on a clear Autumn Day, I could see the Gillette Stadium in the distance, which is over 7 ½ miles away. You can see the Gillette Stadium if looking SW or 204 degrees. I also enjoyed the view of Fall foliage if you come here on the right timing. It is still a great view to come regardless of season.
The terrain level can vary, depending on what season you come. If you come in late Spring or Summer, there will be tall grasses. For best route to the top of the landfill hill … upon arriving to the open area, continue walking on the left side for about 100 feet and turn right toward to the top of the hill. Then you should see a low incline hill to climb from that point on.

It is placed off the Germany Brook Trail. Check out this link for more information about Germany Brook Trail in Norwood.
This cache is small, please bring pen/pencil to sign.
This cache hide has permission from the Norwood Trails Committee.
Congratulations to lucky lizard 6163 for the FTF!
