Happy Halloween, Geo-buddies
Lunchy get-together at this newly-open place. All cachers, friends, family, neighbors, etc. welcome; it's good for all ages. Come for the duration or just pop in. Eat/drink/don't, your call. Halloween costumes/thematic clothes encouraged but not required.
There will be a bunch of new, seasonal trackables to discover. Bring your own to show off or share, plus your seasonal geocaching stories. Or just chat/commiserate about NoVACON
If you don't see us outside (weather & group size dependent - there are a handful of small round tables out there), look for us at the banquette tables inside at far, far right (tons of seating there).
No purchase necessary. They do have hot and cold drinks, some pre-made sandwiches, and at least one pre-made salad option in addition to baked goods if you wish to get something. Please don't bring outside food to this one, although Halloween candy should be OK. No dogs inside. Scary icons because it's Halloween.
It's so new that the street and building don't even show up in overhead view but they do in street view. A bit tricky to see how to get to the building until you're almost on top of it: turn west at the light just south of where 267 crosses Centreville and then make an immediate right. Parking is right there. If you have a history bent, there's a small house with local historic flavor across the entrance road from the parking area.
When getting dessert there recently, got verbal permission from a manager for get-togethers; their only request was that if it was going to be a very large group, to give them a heads-up and they'd reserve tables.
