This cache is a two-stage multi. Both stages should be relatively easy, but I rated it a Difficulty 2.5 because of the length of the translation.
Stage 1 is at Onondaga Free Library. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE LIBRARY AND DO NOT DISRUPT LIBRARY OPERATIONS IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO INSIDE. Keep in mind that this cache may or may not involve going inside Onondaga Free Library (check the attributes). You are looking for a small white sign with black and red writing, attached to the wall with two screws. The sign consists of 7 lines of text: Lines 1 and 2 are in black near the top; Lines 3 and 4 are in red towards the middle; Lines 5 and 6 are in black and offset to the right; Line 7 is in black along the bottom.
