This is a CITO in a cool park and waking path that I have passed by all my life. My brother was always commenting on how much water was coming down or not coming down, I miss him.
This should be a fun get together and maybe we can even find some trash to pick up. Small parking area close but there looks to be street parking too. We can meet at the bowery or if occpied in the parking lot.
Some small door prizes while they last. I will bring trash bags, you could bring gloves and trash grabbers as they are helpful.
Willard City office says restrooms are closed from Nov - April, sorry.
