Dear Geocachers,

We warmly invite you to join this special CITO event in the beautiful PĂ«ttener Forest, located at the geographical center of Luxembourg! Take this opportunity to give back to nature while experiencing a unique and scenic location.

What is a CITO?
A CITO (Cache In Trash Out) is an event where geocachers help protect and preserve nature by collecting trash and cleaning up the environment. Together, we can help keep this lovely forest clean and well-maintained!

Schedule:

  • 10:00 : Welcome and brief introduction
  • 10:15 : Start of the trash collection – trash bags will be provided
  • 12:00 : End of the event and group photo

During the event, we will walk through the forest and clean the paths, as well as the area around the geographical center, collecting any litter we find. Enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of the autumn landscape.

Qu'est-ce qu'un CITO ?
Un CITO (Cache In Trash Out) est un Ă©vĂ©nement au cours duquel nous, les gĂ©ocacheurs, contribuons Ă  protĂ©ger et prĂ©server la nature en ramassant les dĂ©chets dans les environs. Ensemble, nous aiderons Ă  garder cette belle forĂȘt propre et agrĂ©able !

DĂ©roulement :

  • 10h00 : Accueil et brĂšve introduction
  • 10h15 : DĂ©but du ramassage des dĂ©chets – des sacs poubelles seront fournis
  • 12h00 : Fin de l'Ă©vĂ©nement et photo de groupe

Pendant l'Ă©vĂ©nement, nous parcourrons la forĂȘt et nettoierons les sentiers ainsi que le centre gĂ©ographique de ses dĂ©chets. Profitez de l'air frais et du paysage automnal.

Was ist ein CITO?
Ein CITO (Cache In Trash Out) ist ein Event, bei dem wir als Geocacher dazu beitragen, die Natur zu schĂŒtzen und zu erhalten, indem wir MĂŒll sammeln und Abfall aus der Umgebung entfernen. Gemeinsam tragen wir dazu bei, dass dieser malerische Wald sauber und gepflegt bleibt!

Ablauf:

  • 10:00 Uhr: BegrĂŒĂŸung und kurze EinfĂŒhrung
  • 10:15 Uhr: Beginn der MĂŒllsammelaktion – MĂŒllsĂ€cke werden bereitgestellt
  • 12:00 Uhr: Ende des Events und Gruppenfoto

WĂ€hrend des Events werden wir durch den Wald ziehen und sowohl den geografischen Mittelpunkt als auch die umliegenden Wege von MĂŒll befreien. Genießt dabei die frische Luft und die herbstliche Natur in ihrer vollen Pracht.
