Where: The Brickyard, Scot Sports and Social Club, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 5BX
When: Saturday 30th November 11am to 4pm (evening actvities start at 6pm)
We are inviting the community to join us for a fundraising Christmoos Fayre, a fine tradition that was started in Yorkshire, back again here in Milton Keynes. A fun and festive event, with stalls offering geocaching goodies, gifts & crafts. We have also invited a special guest for the children.
Hot drinks and other refreshments (including cake!) will be available during the event.
The fundraising from this event supports the Great British Geocaching Party - GCAWA2F in June next year.
Daytime
11:00 to 16:00 - Stalls will open, ready for you to browse their wares, and get yourself some Christmas gifts
13:00 - A visit from our special guest, with something for the young ones.
15:00 - New geocaches go live. This also gives us time for stallholders to pack away, and prepare for the evening. If you hang around, you will probably be given a job.
Evening
18:00 to 21:00 - Games and fun, or just socialise with others in the small bar.
If you want to get involved, or have a stall, please contact us at mand@mkgeocaching.co.uk
When logging your will attend, please state how many children you will be bringing (if any), so Santa knows!
It's a long day. We don't expect people to be there the entire time. By all means feel free to come & go as much as you wish, or alternatively you are more than welcome to stay all day. The logbook will be available during the whole event so you can join us when you can.
For those of you aiming to join us for the weekend, we have our Friday Warm Up event [GCB08PT](https://coord.info/GCB08PT) and our Sunday Flash Mob event [GCB04ZT](https://coord.info/GCB04ZT).
There is also the availability for limited number of motorhomes to stay at Scot Sports and Social Club car park overnight Friday and Saturday, without facilities, for a donation to the club itself. Please contact us to request this, as spaces are limited.
