This cache is hidden in the beautiful old-growth forest of the Brenner-Penfield Macungie Mountain Preserve, accessible from both the Reimert Memorial Bird Haven and Brenner-Penfield Macungie Mountain Preserve trailheads. The hike itself is approximately a mile or two round trip (depending on approach and trails you choose to follow, with a decent elevation change and rocky terrain, offering a solid workout.
