Terence O'Neill was the fourth prime minister of Northern Ireland and was in office for 6 years between 1963 and 1969.
Stormont Estate is home to the Northern Irish assembly which is in Parliament Buildings at the top of the hill and is also a lovely park or place to rest.
This cache is a camouflaged cache hidden at the posted coordinates and shouldn't be too difficult to find.
