Driving between Benalla and Shepparton there are many hiding spots for Geocaches.
On one of my drives, right near GZ, I saw a strange critter trotting along the side of the road, right on the edge.
As I approached, I realised it was a Echidna.
I put my car in park and ran back and sheparded the little guy off the road.
So many kangaroos dead on the side of the road, but I thankfully avoided there being a dead Echidna also.
Beware of wriggly sticks! BYO pen.
