Saturday 30th November 2024 between 14:00 and 15:00
The event is a celebration of the popular 'Notts Labcache Pool' project. There will be a new Wherigo cache published on the day.
The Notts Labcache 'lab-art' series is located at East Leake, South Nottinghamshire (N52° 49.946 W001° 10.674) where all stage coordinates are concentrated into a public parking area, with a generous 500M ‘geofence’ radius. This means all stages can be logged anywhere within an area covering the main village, giving a good choice from where to play the labs including the car park itself, the adjacent play park and exercise area, three nearby cafés (including the event venue), three pubs plus a micro-pub, two restaurants or Meadow Park where pets can be exercised. There are public conveniences opposite the car park and a good choice of food outlets nearby.
The Notts labs are an 11 minute drive (under 6 miles) from M1 J24 and on a main bus route between Nottingham and Loughborough (details from: Nottingham City Transport), which has stops at both Nottingham and Loughborough main-line train stations. For international visitors, East Midlands Airport is just a 15 minute, 8 mile drive.
Anyone interested in contributing Labs to the series, or would just like to have details, please contact the Notts Admins via their profile or by direct email: notts.labcaches@gmail.com
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, whether already involved in the project or not. Newcomers to caching and/or events are particularly welcome - we are happy to answer questions and offer help.

There is ample free parking next to the venue and across the road. The event is an opportunity to play the new Adventure Labs, share caching adventures and swap trackables.
The event venue is "Bryer's Bar + Kitchen" on Gotham Road in East Leake - drinks, cakes, hot food and snacks are available. Purchase of food & drinks is optional and not a requirement to attend the event.
