Geocache Description:

Keeping to my tradition, nearly everyone of my hides are on dirt roads or trails that require some hiking. No hiking is required here, but you will be on a dirt road. Keep in mind, there is "No Winter Maintenance" on this road with the occasional pot holes. These holes can be deep, so if you venture back here in the winter with snow on the road, it may look pretty smooth, until you break through the ice of one of these large water holes. Now your stuck and no cell phone reception.

I have Verizon cell phone and in most areas of the road along the creek there was no reception. Even though this is not a state gamelands the area is heavily hunted. My caches along here will not require you to go more than 30' off of the road and I placed them so there is either parking or at least an area to move over some to allow others to pass. In every instance of me being down here, I saw muggles. One Saturday afternoon, I saw 1 guy walking his dog, a jogger, 2 people riding bikes to check on mushrooms in the area, a quad rider twice, an archery hunter and one guy dragging a car tire behind him. Needless to say I had to ask what that was all about, and he said he was 64 years old and was training to do the Appalachian Trail.

For being a dirt road this is a popular place, so be aware of muggles.

Cache may be VERY difficult to find with snow on the ground, please rehide the same way you found it.
