Geocache Description:

*This geocache is at the posted coordinates, but to log it online as found, you also need to complete the following challenge**

Find at least 400 combinations of attribute and U.S. county. Any attribute, positive or negative, counts for this challenge. There are 67 positive attributes and 41 negative attributes. Technically there's also the grandfathered 'lost and found tour' and 'partnership' attributes as well as the 'needs maintenance' one, they count, but focus your efforts on the 108 normal ones. Qualifying finds bearing these attributes can be any size, type, difficulty, terrain, hidden date, found date. You don't need to find 400 separate caches and could complete the job in just 27 caches.
With 3144 counties in the United States (including D.C), just counting the 108 'normal' attributes, there is a maximum theoretical score of 339,552.

I qualify for this challenge with 4,791 points and you can see if you qualify too with this checker:

Due to html output limits, the visual chart output will be trimmed to only show the first 800kb of output, or about the first 285 rows.

The hike up here is fairly stout. Between May 15th and November 15th, the gate at the upper city creek parking lot is open so you can try your all terrain vehicle up here. It is a tough trail. Outside of that timeframe foot travel is still permitted but we are encouraged to not travel where it is muddy since this will tear up the trail. Some people snow shoe these trails in winter. The final stretch is off the trail and a bit steep. If there is any snow here you will probably want cletes.

We have permission from parks and recreation to use this hiding spot for a geocache and to hike up here (or ATV if you're lucky enough to have access to one).
