国道302号（こくどう302ごう）は、名古屋環状2号線と呼ばれる外環道路で、名古屋第二環状自動車道（名二環）と並行する一般道路部分と伊勢湾岸自動車道の一部を構成する伊勢湾岸道路（高速自動車国道に並行する一般国道自動車専用道路）からなる一般国道である。
愛知県名古屋市守山区喜多山1丁目付近は渋滞が多く発生している。名鉄瀬戸線の踏切がある上にこの前後で車線が減少しているためであるが、交通の円滑化および踏切事故の解消を目的とした名鉄瀬戸線の小幡駅 - 大森・金城学院前駅間（1.9 km）の単独立体交差事業が進んでおり、完成予定の2026年度以降、渋滞の解消が期待される
National Route 302 (Kokudo 302 Gou) is an outer ring road called Nagoya Ring Road No. 2, which is a general national highway consisting of a general road part parallel to the Nagoya Second Ring Expressway (Meiji Ring) and an Isewan Coast Road (a general national highway motorway parallel to the high-speed expressway) that constitutes part of the Isewan Expressway.
There are many traffic jams in the vicinity of Kitayama 1-chome, Moriyama-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi Prefecture. This is due to the fact that there is a level crossing on the Meitetsu Seto Line and the number of lanes is decreasing before and after this, but the single grade separation project between Obata Station and Omori/Kinjo Gakuin-mae Station (1.9 km) on the Meitetsu Seto Line is underway with the aim of facilitating traffic and eliminating level crossing accidents, and it is expected that traffic congestion will be resolved after FY2026, when it is scheduled to be completed
