This cache is located in Clinton River Park North, one of the many City of Sterling Heights parks that makes up the Clinton River Trail System. Park hours (and caching hours) are 7am - 8pm October through March and 7am - 10pm April through September.
These caches were hidden as part of the HNY25 Poker Run Event. This event was held on December 28th, 2024 and cachers had four days to find the poker run caches and retrieve one card from each cache to try and make the best poker hand. The top ten poker hands received an extra raffle ticket for the prizes at the HNY25 event on January 1st, 2025.
Other cachers helped me hide these caches for the event. I asked them to hide caches in places that don't get visited by many cachers in hopes that more cachers will find new areas to explore. There will be more new caches hidden in each park with a Poker Run cache hidden in it. Please take the time to find them all. We tried to pick parks that are not visited by many cachers in hopes that more of you will enjoy these parks and the caches in them.
