Ice Cream for Breakfast Day is an informal holiday celebrated on the first Saturday in February when some people deliberately eat ice cream for breakfast. Whilst I'm not sure there should ever be a need for an excuse to eat ice cream, today you have one!
To celebrate I will have freshly cooked pancakes, strawberries, bananas, jam and nutella to enjoy for breakfast, along with a scoop of ICE CREAM!

Bring a picnic rug or chair along and relax by the lake.
