GC4QQ6B 11-12-13 Sutherland Shire Cachers' Meet & greet was held at this location on the 11th December 2013 and Christmas get togethers have been held ever since.

What: Meeting, Greeting & Eating!
Parking: Free parking is available on Nicholson Parade and Tonkin Street.
Public Transport: Catch a train to Cronulla. The event is about a 500M walk from there.
WHAT YOU MAY WANT TO BRING:
- A plate of nibblies (sweet or savoury).
- BYO dinner. There are BBQs available for anyone who’s keen or bring a Picnic and plenty of take-away restaurants in Cronulla if you want to pick up something on the way.
- Drinks. As you wish.
- Picnic blanket and/or chairs - There are shelter sheds and picnic tables where we're meeting.
- Suitable clothing for the weather – this could include swimwear, as the netted baths are close by.
- Your GPS or phone – so you can find us and any caches in the area that you haven’t found yet.
- Trackables for discovering and/or swapping.
RAINY DAY PLAN:
In case of inclement weather, we’ll post a note on the cache page. The event will NOT be cancelled. There should be enough cover available.
IMPORTANT
- Please post a Will Attend log if you are going to attend.
- When the event draws near, remember to drop any trackables into the Inventory. A container will be made available for swaps and a separate area for discovering swaps.

The Sutherland Shire Geocaching bandage bear trackable award is anounced annually.
Nominations are requested for anyone who has had treatment from a medical professional during the current year for an injury while Geocaching. Please message us detaile for anyone eligible to receive this award.
Awardees will be announced at the Event.
