A CITO Event at The Barbed Wire Caves.

Mission: To clean up some of the rubbish in the Barbed Wire Caves area. We will meet in the carpark (published coordinates) at the front of Manly Vale Public School, then walk approximately 300 metres along the fire trail to the Barbed Wire Caves, collecting any rubbish we find along the way. We won't be handling or removing any of the old barbed wire, or what's left of it, just picking up any rubbish that's found around the site.
Location: Along a fire trail between Manly Vale and North Balgowlah, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Date & Time: Saturday 30th November 2024, from 2pm to 3pm.
What will be supplied: Rubbish bags, Hand sanitiser, and Disposable latex gloves.
What to bring: Hat, Sunscreen, Water, Sturdy shoes, and appropriate bushland clothing.
Where to park: In the carpark at the published coordinates, or street parking in Gibbs Street and Sunshine Street.
Lets help to tidy up our bushland.
Cheers from the vk2df team.
