While exploring the map, I stumbled across the highest point in Monongalia County! The true high point is on the side of Sand Spring Lookout (which actually summits in neighboring Preston County), but is along a gravel road for Authorized Users Only.
This cache is placed as close as I could to the highpoint along Sand Springs Road.
