I recently embarked on a hike to cleanup some unfound caches, and true to the Burke Mountain geocaching tradition, I hid a couple of my own before heading down the mountain.
That’s the rule, isn’t it?
While the mountain has grown quieter over the past few years, the Burke Mountain Phenomenon is very much alive.
Please note that this cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates. Instead, at those coordinates, you'll discover a sign by itself on a post featuring a blue banner at the top with three lines of text within that blue banner. To locate the cache, you’ll need to use the information from the sign to project a new waypoint:
If your device doesn't allow for decimals in the projection (some GPSr units don't allow this) just round up. The certitude checker is setup to provide the final coordinates as long as you're within 10m.

A = How many dumbbell graphics are on the sign?
B = How many steps are there “If you find yourself in an emergency.” Add 2 to the number of steps.
C = Second line in the blue banner: Number of words +1
D= How many colored graphics are on the sign
E= How many QR codes are on the sign -1
F= How many hikers are depicted on the sign?
