Cache is at the posted coordinates. This is a challenge cache, and as such, you need to meet the requirements of the cache before logging a find. If you do not meet the requirements, you are welcome to sign the log and post a note stating that you have signed the log. Once you complete the challenge, you can post a find to the cache. Any logs that do not meet the requirements are subject to deletion.

The challenge is to log at least one find in each county or independent city that Interstate 64 travels through within the Commonwealth of Virginia. This should be a total of 21 caches found before claiming this as a find. All previous finds count, so if you have completed all the municipalities within Virginia, you have this challenge completed. All caches except locationless and Adventure Lab stages count toward the completion of this cache.
