LAMP LIGHTING 17:20 (5:20pm)
We've hosted this event the past few years now, and we've had an absolute blast doing it!! We've had great turnouts, and all of our guests have made these events tons of fun. Everyone has enjoyed evenings we'll never forget, and since more and more people seem to ask about it every year, we'll keep hosting this as long as we're able.
Come celebrate the lighting of our MAJOR AWARD! It’s the 50” model, which is the largest one, and the only one with butt cleavage! It’s “indescribably beautiful", and it comes right from the gift shop at the movie filming location in Cleveland.
There will be plenty of activities, like the plugging in ceremony at the hopelessly overloaded outlet, the lamp lighting, (of course), along with the special first view from our sidewalk, and more!
We'll have plenty of food, so come hungry! Once we go inside for some grub, we can sing along with the movie scene of the non-pc version of “Deck the Halls!” we're sure it’ll be another night to remember.
If you've been to any of our events, you know food is king and Carol's wine is queen, so feel free to bring something if you'd like to show off your culinary skills. It's not necessary to bring anything, but DO COME HUNGRY, NO MATTER WHAT! If you don't want wine, water, or sody pop, feel free to bring your own beverage. Please let us know if you’re coming, so we are sure to have plenty of food. Again, if you've been to one of our events, you know that shouldn't be a problem, but please log your "Will attend" just to be sure.
CAROL'S PUZZLE EXCHANGE RETURNS!
Our previous puzzle exchanges have been huge successes, so we're doing it again, and we don't mess around. There will be DOZENS of puzzles set out for you! You can actually bring books and board games as well. Feel free to trade, donate, or take anything you want. We also have a pretty nice Little Free Library out front now, so be sure to check it out.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS RAFFLE!
Carol is a huge fan of Christmas, being a Christmas Carol after all, so she's busy gathering very special raffle items for the event. No joke - we're going to have lots of nice items to raffle off!
GUESS WHO'S (PROBABLY) COMING TO DINNER THAT NIGHT!
We just heard that everyone's favorite bearded fella had a great time last year, and is trying to keep his calendar clear for a return visit to our event! We can't promise anything, but i think the odds are good. He may even bring his favorite little elf again.
NEW THIS YEAR!
Kyle (KC_11) just came up with a great idea. We're going to have an ornament exchange! The rules are the same as the puzzle exchange. Basically, there aren't any rules... We'll have the ornament tree stocked with plenty of ornaments, both 3D printed, and traditional. You may bring an ornament to swap, or just hang one on the tree, or take whatever you'd like. Just take, leave, or trade to your heart's content.

Kyle and I will have some 3D printed holiday themed souvenirs for everyone, and we'll try to be available for questions and demos related to 3D printing. You can come early to find some of the many caches in the area. There are enough to keep you busy for several hours, and there’s also a really big cache near our front porch.
Geocachers are incredibly wonderful people, and it's always a huge thrill to bring them together to fill our little house! Don't pay attention to the official event times. You're welcome to stay as long as you'd like. Weather permitting, we'll have a nice fire out on the patio for everyone to enjoy.
