An outdoor event at Heritage Park Plaza to enjoy the bright lights of the beautifully decorated tree. As weather is unpredictable, especially during this winter season, the event time is only listed as a half an hour. Please dress accordingly and feel free to stay and chat as long as you like and your schedule allows.
