Willow Walk is a small wildlife area of about 3.5 ha (8.6 acres), and contains some very important wildlife habitats such as the Letcombe Brook- a chalk stream, willow copse, wet grassland, and veteran willow pollards. These habitats provide homes for wildlife such as kingfishers, white-clawed crayfish, a diverse flora, and a variety of birds and bats. It is one of the very few places in Wantage where the Letcombe Brook is more natural in character and can be explored using the circular path-a 15 minute walk.
