Cache is not at the posted coordinates, though it is at the visible final coordinates if you'd like to use that.

To laugh with the Fraggles, go to the posted parking coordinates and watch the video, and trace their steps! Dancing is optional but you do have to hum. (I know these aren't really the words, but in my head they are... cache your cares away....)

You should be able to locate this one with no issues.
The posted coordinates are the parking area. Red and Gobo start there. Then they travel down the path towards the river, and across to the island. Once up on the bank, they see a fun tree and keep going towards the other side of the island.
They walk along the shore together until they get to a little picnic area up away from the shore a bit. The picnic area has a little trail to a camp toilet that Gobo convinces Red to walk past into the thick brush.

Once you locate the cache, do NOT take the stamp please, that is for the letterbox.
Have fun and be safe! That river is not a good one to cross when there is ice. The island is not a good one to walk on with shorts.
