NORA's Fall 2024 Youth Geocaching Class called Come Cache With Me where participants learn about geocaching, find as many as we can then make and hide caches. Our second day of this class brought us to Coast Guard Park where we found a few caches then had some fun with tupperware, duct tape and spray paint making our own geocaches. Kids who play at Coast Guard Park enjoy making forts out of big sticks so this one is in the woods nearby some of those forts. Classmate Alex made this one and chose the hiding spot. It is a square tupperware container hidden in a traditional way not far from the picnic shelter and playground.
