Do you need a way to work off some of that Thanksgiving dinner? Maybe you'd like to avoid the shopping and traffic madness? Or maybe you just want to help the environment and earn a souvenir in the process? Come on out for a Green Friday CITO! (the "Green Friday" term will catch on one day)

Please bring gloves and/or grabbers if you have them. I will provide trash bags, water, and some light snacks for those of us that can still stand the sight of food.
