Geocache Description:

The last SATURDAY in October (October 29, 2011) is Apple Cider Pressing. The Grist Mill Annual Cider Press just gets bigger and better every Year! Traditionally, this is their major event of the year. They like to see young and older visitors have a hands on experience with real apple cider making. All visitors are welcome to take home a quart of the finest fresh apple cider in Washington.

The cache is located near a place that is a virtual photo-opportunity during any season of the year.

The Cedar Creek Grist Mill is a National Historic Landmark and rests on a steep and rocky slope at the bottom of a narrow gorge. It is the only grain grinding mill in Washington that has maintained its original structural integrity, grinds with stones and is water powered.

PLEASE RESPECT THE AREA. DON'T TRAMPLE THE FOLIAGE. This cache can be retrieved with very little if any disturbance to the area in which it is hidden.
