Geocache Description:

This is the fourth cache we have hidden in the Mahlon Dickerson Reservation. There are a few clearly marked parking areas off Weldon Road. The trails are well marked and there are several combinations you can take to get you within about 100’ of the hiding spot.

The container is an ammo can with our typical camouflage paint job. It is well stocked with some of the usual trinkets, along with unconventional items including: sleeve of golf balls (please take the whole sleeve), railroad spikes, radar detector, pliers, tape measure, computer cable, and of course WG$’s & geochips. As a bonus, I placed some items used for orthopedic surgeries in the cache (for those cachers that like that sort of stuff): the tibial and patella component for knee replacement, and a broach used for hip replacement surgery. This should be a pretty easy find so I’m not going to give away anything else. You can get more information about the Mahlon Dickerson Reservation, along with the other Morris County parks HERE. Other caches we have hidden in the Mahlon Dickenson Reservation: Needful Things VI , Autumn at Saffin Pond , and Creative Cache. Enjoy, Skully & Mulder et al.
