Easy- drive to, bike friendly, kid friendly, dog friendly(need to be leashed- they aren't actually allowed-but it typically isn't a problem)
Back in the 'the day' I used to live very near here. Its a great place for walks! You will often see kids selling lemonade on the sidewalk or movie companies filming comercials.
The cache is tupperware container-
